Vismara 68

The Vismara 68 Mills ‘Pelotari Project’ is a truly dual purpose Racer/Cruiser, combining the powerful hull, carbon construction, and large rig of a raceboat with the comfort and good looks of a modern cruiser.  This is important as the team want a boat with exactly this balance: they race hard in some of the top events in the world, but uniquely they also enjoy their time together on the boat like a family.  For this group Fast is Fun, and Fun is Fun, and the new 68 delivers on both counts.

Our experience in the large Racer/Cruiser market has allowed us to develop hull shapes tailored to reflect the mix of Racing and Cruising the client intends to do.  The right balance for Pelotari Project was to deliver as much racing performance as possible while incorporating a comprehensive accomodation.  In a pattern now well developed, we worked with the Technical Office at Vismara Marine to ensure the construction methods and materials, intended weights, and hull, rig, and appendage shapes would combine as desired on Day 1.
